Jared & Vanessa's Wedding at Rancho Guejito Vineyard

We’re thrilled to share the breathtaking moments from Jared & Vanessa’s wedding at the beautiful Rancho Guejito Vineyard in Escondido, California. The lush vineyard setting provided the perfect backdrop for their special day, filled with joy, love, stunning florals and delicious food!

Cocktail Hour

The celebration began with a delightful cocktail hour where guests were treated to an array of tray passed appetizers. Our Tuna Tartare Tacos, a fresh and flavorful start, were a hit among the guests. Paired perfectly with our Coast Beef Sliders, featuring provolone, bacon, caramelized onions & heirloom tomato aioli served on a brioche bun. And, of course, our crowd-favorite Mac n Cheese Bites, combining creamy cheese with a crispy exterior for a comforting and indulgent experience.

Dinner

For dinner, Jared & Vanessa selected a menu that showcased some of our finest offerings. First, we served our plated Prawn Mango Salad featuring green mango julienne, succulent shrimp, crisp cucumber, carrot, daikon, and jicama, topped with Vietnamese coriander and mint. Finished with caramelized onion and a tangy citron vinaigrette, this dish is a perfect harmony of textures and tastes!

The main course was a delightful family-style spread, featuring our Char Siu Slow Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib, a tender and flavorful dish that was a standout favorite. Accompanying this were the Miso Glazed Barramundi, a light and perfectly cooked fish option. For sides, we prepared Stir Fried Vietnamese Broccolini and Fried Rice. All of their dinner options were prepared dairy & gluten-free! Their vegan guests were served our delicious, Mock Fried Chicken, paired with a warm fingerling potato salad, baby kale, cress & micro greens!
